Order Cancellation Policy

Sakkatth Angi & I is committed to providing the best service to its customers and has therefore implemented a flexible cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations will only be requested if the request is made immediately after placing the order (within 30-60 minutes).

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

Returns & Refunds

 

We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

Instead of a refund, we offer store credit in the form of a coupon. This coupon will be provided with a deduction of ₹200 to cover shipping and reverse shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team at Sakkatthangiandi@gmail.com.

  • The claim must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The request will only be entertained if video proof of unpacking the product after receiving it is provided, or if the Sakkatth Angi & I team deems it a valid claim.

Please note: The product may not exactly resemble the image shown on the site. If you believe the product received significantly differs from the image or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Size Exchanges

Size exchange requests must be made via email (Sakkatthangiandi@gmail.com).

  • Size Exchanges are only applicable for 1 item per customer (exchanges of 2 or more items will not be approved).

  • Requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the product for approval.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

  • The product must be verified for quality and authenticity. Products must not be washed, torn, stretched, or stained in any way to qualify for an exchange.

  • After approval, the customer will receive store credit equal to the value of the purchase, minus a ₹200 deduction for reverse shipping charges.

  • The store credit will be issued as a discount code and sent via email.

1. Order Processing & Tracking

 

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details.

  • Dispatch Notification: A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time the order is placed. The shipping duration of 5-10 working days begins after the order has been dispatched.

 

2. Delivery & Logistics

 

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will usually make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, which may incur a nominal charge.

  • Recipient Signature: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.

  • P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a complete street address.

 

3. What to Do Upon Arrival (Important!)

 

  • Inspect the Package: When you receive your order, please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting the delivery.

  • Refuse Damaged Items: If you notice the packaging is severely damaged or appears opened, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact our Customer Service team.

  • Damage Claim: If you accept a package and later find the product inside is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and the packaging so we can initiate a return or exchange.
